Smooch!

Caleb and Jordyn had their first sleepover together at Camp Gramma! They were so much fun....little balls of energy! Needless to say...Art and I were exhausted when they went home, but happy for the all the entertainment they provide us! Jordyn's new thing is to say "oh NO" and with many different expressions...future drama queen! Caleb is still a mina bird....repeats every thing we say.

Family Holiday photo

I have decided it is impossible to get the perfect holiday picture with two 18-month old children. But we sure tried....oh well...someday we will be laughing....(I doubt that Caleb will! ) I am so blessed to have these 6 precious people in my life! They are without a doubt the best thing ever! I so wish Jack could be here to enjoy these new little people, but I have a feeling he is looking down and laughing with us at Caleb and Jordyn having a melt-down in the family photo!

How Big?

Another attempt at a digital layout...When Caleb was 10 months old he liked to play "how big". He would raise his hands high in the air in answer to the question...how big is Caleb? What a cutie! Posted by Picasa

The kitty door.....

When Caleb came to visit Gramma....he was rather disapointed that he could not go in and out the little door like he did in Dallas. Max, the cat, however, was greatly relieved...she simply sat on the other side and laughed at him! Posted by Picasa

Through the doggie door....a little taste of freedom

This little guy just had to try out the doggie door while in Dallas for Thanksgiving. How wonderful....he could go in and out as he pleased! Thank goodness the yard was fenced in.

Believe

Ok...I'm learning something new here, so bear with me....digital scrapbooking! What next you say....she's always doing something new!
This was fun! I still like doing my normal scrapbooking....something about cutting and pasting with real scissors and glue...satisfies that "cutting out paper dolls " urge that I always have. Anyway....now I can share some of my pages with whoever cares to look!
As long as I am creating...I am happy! Posted by Picasa

Christmas Holidays

Christmas eve and Christmas day had to be cancelled due to illness....Gramma could not function...a picture is worth a thousand words...need I say more?

Becky and Nosumo were here from December 17th until December 24th, so we had a week long holiday celebration with the Horn family. One of the highlights of the week was the Transiberian Orchestra concert.

On New Years Day, the rest of the family celebrated Christmas. It was a beautiful day, the sun was shining and it was 65 degrees outside. Richard brought over Caleb's "Moonwalk" and the cousins had a great time playing in the moonwalk. My mom, Mike, and Donnie were also there to play with the grand-babies.

Caleb had a meltdown....once he opened the first present which was colors....that was all he wanted. He doesn't understand the concept of more presents yet...maybe that is a good thing! He was not interested in opening anymore presents....just wanted to play with his new colors! Maybe we adults create these little ones that are asking for MORE....hmmmmm.

Jordyn pushed her new "baby" from Gramma and Art all over the house all day. One of my favorite pics of the day was of Jordyn at the piano.....maybe she will learn to play some day?
