Saturday sewing

I didn't get as much sewing done this weekend as I would have liked, one of those battles with a sinus-migraine headache.  Here are the courthouse steps blocks that I have finished, I think I am going to stop at 36 and put a border with applique around it.  Of course, Max thinks she has to be in on all the action...sometimes she thinks she needs to move the blocks around to suit her.  Off to work today...no sewing day for me.

Terrific looking blocks - can't wait to see your appliqued border.
Migraines and sewing don't mix - glad you feel better now.

Beautiful, beautiful blocks . . . but just about any derivation of a Log Cabin block makes me happy. And love that Jo Morton fabric. Inspiring. I think I feel a log cabin quilt coming on!

Sharon, I don't know how I missed seeing this quilt before now. It is wonderful. Looks like Fall to me....one of my favorite times of the year.
